SuiMCP Terms of Service

1. What SuiMCP is

SuiMCP is an internal community-management tool operated by the Sui Foundation. It is added only to Discord servers and Telegram groups that the Sui Foundation directly controls or administers — it is not a public application available for other communities to install. Within those spaces, it archives message and member-activity history to support moderation and community analysis by authorized Sui Foundation staff. Details of what is collected and how are set out in our Privacy Policy, which these Terms incorporate by reference.

2. Who these Terms apply to

These Terms apply to anyone participating in a Discord server or Telegram group where SuiMCP is present, and to any party granted access to the internal tools built on top of its archive. By remaining in and posting to a community where SuiMCP operates, you acknowledge that your public messages and related activity in that space may be archived as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

Access to SuiMCP's archive and analysis tools is restricted to authorized Sui Foundation staff and is provided solely for legitimate community-management purposes: moderation support, understanding community sentiment and trends, and historical search. Authorized users agree not to:

• Use the archive to harass, dox, or take adverse action against a community member outside the ordinary course of moderation;
• Extract, export, or redistribute archived data for any purpose unrelated to Sui Foundation community management;
• Attempt to circumvent the access controls protecting the archive or the tools built on it.

4. No warranty

SuiMCP and its underlying archive are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Sui Foundation makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that archived data will be complete or perfectly accurate — for example, gaps can occur during outages, permission changes, or platform-side issues affecting Discord or Telegram.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sui Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, SuiMCP or its archive, including reliance on any analysis, summary, or search result it produces.

6. Changes

These Terms and the associated Privacy Policy may be updated as SuiMCP's use expands to additional Sui Foundation–controlled communities. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

7. Removal

The Sui Foundation may remove SuiMCP from any server or group, or discontinue the service entirely, at its discretion and without notice.

8. Requesting deletion of your content

If you'd like content related to your user — messages, message metadata, or member events — removed from the archive, contact us via the #support channel in the official Sui Discord server. Deletion requests are reviewed and processed manually within a reasonable time.
